DELIVERY 
Please be aware all deliveries are made to order therefore could take up to 7-10 workings days. 
RETURNS 
Returns are not accepted unless damaged or faulty. 
EXCHANGES
If you in need of an exchange due to size, we are more than happy to exchange items for a different size up to the full amount of the original purchase cost (subject to stock availability).
To exchange a product please email enniahno@gmail.com.
The email should include your order number, full name, address and reason for return. We only replace items if they are defected or damaged.
Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item you have received is faulty. We also ask that you return them via a reliable source of postage, preferably signed for as any items lost in transit will not be insured by ourselves and not accounted for. We do not take responsibility for any items until it reaches us, neither are we responsible for the cost of returning the item.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Should you consider any items you receive to be faulty, you should return them to us with a clear explanation of the problem. When we receive the item we will then investigate the problem, and contact you to agree the most appropriate solution. Garments that have already been worn will not be eligible for a refund, though we will exchange or repair any faults.
